My favorite trick for making the best frozen mochas is to first freeze my cold brew coffee in ice cube trays! That way, I don’t have to use ice cubes, so it’s not watered down. This recipe makes 2. (Note: this version is not as sweet as one you might be used to. You can adjust to your liking.)
•1/2 cup milk of choice (I like whole, raw milk or coconut milk for creaminess)
•1 cup cold brew coffee frozen ahead of time into ice cubes. This equals 10 iced coffee cubes for me.
•1 TB raw cacao powder
•2 TB pure maple syrup
•1 tsp vanilla
•2 scoops grassfed collagen (optional, but recommended for added protein and nutrition!)
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! Of course, you may want to top it with some sort of whipped cream and chocolate. 😋
