Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars (Made with sprouted flour and coconut sugar!) Plus, a Copper Chef Giveaway!

I made these cookie bars in my Wonder Cooker bake pan (enter the giveaway for the Copper Chef cookware here!) and they turned out great! I used sprouted flour and coconut sugar for a healthier bar. 

Ingredients: 

2 cups flour (I use this sprouted spelt flour) 

2 sticks (1 cup) softened butter

2 eggs  

1 1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1.5 cups dark chocolate chips or chunks 

 

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350.  

2. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda.  

3. In mixer, combine butter, eggs, and sugar and mix well. Add flour mixture and mix. Add chocolate chips  

4. Spread dough evenly in greased 9x13 pan.  

5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
