This is the easiest (and healthiest) strawberry jam ever and you can use it to top just about anything. Not only are chia seeds packed with nutrients, but they add needed fat and protein, which is important when eating fruit.
This is so incredibly quick and easy it is to make. Personally, I like to grind up my chia seeds so that they don't get stuck in my teeth. I just throw everything in my blender and blend it together. Then, I add in some additional sliced strawberries after blending to make the jam chunkier. (If you like your jam with lots of big strawberries, then don't blend them first.) Transfer to sauce pan and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. That's all there is to it!
